When we say Sunray T-Shirts are made with love, we mean it. Each piece takes over 1.5 hours to make, slowly and carefully knitted on an antique loopwheel machine by a 3rd generation craftsperson in Japan.

The tubular knitting method means they are made without side seams, so this shirt will almost never loose its shape. It was made to feel good, to look good, and to last a lifetime.

Sunray Sportswear T-shirts are all slowly knitted in Japan on antique loopwheel machines, prioritising quality over quantity. They are:

• Distinct, premium, and heavyweight. Made using special Japanese recycled cotton, resulting in a slubby texture and cloud-like softness with zero shrinkage.
• Built to last. Tubular knitting eliminates the side seams, meaning garments will almost never twist, warp, or pull out of shape.
• Environmentally focussed. Neck labels are made from 100% recycled polyester, while swing tags use carbon-neutral recycled card tied with organic wool sourced from sheep in Dartmoor, UK.
