DELIVERIES

UK/EU Delivery

Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48hr) £4.95

Express delivery (Royal Mail 24hr) £6.95

Meet Bernard will not be held responsible for Royal Mails delivery times or lost deliveries. If you have issues with their delivery please contact them using the tracking code issued.

*UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands – Jersey and Guernsey.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail recorded services. We will endeavour to process orders placed before MIdday for the same day dispatch. Many of our orders will arrive within 24-48 hours but depending on the time of your order and its destination in the UK it may take up to 5 days. Royal Mail will attempt a redelivery and will leave a contact card if they are unable to make the delivery in the first instance.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please make sure you return the item, within 14 days, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with the the labels intact and accompanied by your original web order receipt. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

We are not able to refund until the goods are received back at our store and inspected. Therefore we would strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery method.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order. Please allow up to 10 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods back.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size please call or email ahead so we can check if we have the item in stock. We are able to keep this item aside until we receive your order back.
